Our family made the move from Vancouver Island to Surrey without knowing much about the area at all.  We chose Geof Glazier as our realtor and were thrilled with our experience.  Geof took the time to listen to what we were looking for in our new home and more importantly what we were not looking for.  Geof put together listings that met our criteria and during the showings pointed out both pros and cons to the areas and/or homes.  We spent three long days, with kids looking at homes and finally on the last day found one that was perfect for our family.  Geof took the time to educate us about the neighbourhood and worked tirelessly through a very long negotiation process.  We actually had to leave the area on vacation and in our absence Geof kept us apprised of the negotiations and we ended up closing while away.  Geof offered to be present for the home inspection (as we could not be) and even arranged to have some minor issues rectified with the previous owners and/or fixed.  Geof is very well connected to various trades and was able to line everything up prior to our possession date so that we could walk into a house that was ready for our family with no more repairs needed.  Now that we are settled in, we are extremely happy with our purchase.  We got a beautiful, well suited home in a fantastic neighbourhood.

What a 6 months it has been! When we reflect back at the selling and buying process I have to say that Geof and Carolyn were there to help us every step of the way.
