Geof is not only knowledgeable about the real estate market but has a realistic view of it and his experience, advice, and wisdom made the ups and downs of buying and selling a home easier. We sold our home in 2 days (asking price) and he quickly turned his attention to finding us our new home. Although we had a quick closing date we never felt pressured into a purchase. His patience and guidance are very reassuring. In the end we found our home with plenty of time to spare and he was able to negotiate a fair price along with meeting our closing date!
